Royal Thai: Shrimp Pad Thai
Pad Thai is one of my favorite dishes and this is the first time I have found it outside of a Thai restaurant. It comes in a bag frozen with the noodles, vegetables, shrimp and sauce each in their own packets. You don't need to add anything although I add a little olive oil to the pan. It comes in two containers which is nice so you don't have to eat it all at once or have leftovers.
While it doesn't taste as good as some restaurants it is pretty tasty, fairly cheap ($7.88 for "4" servings which really means 2 servings), fairly healthy (500 calories for a "double" serving), and cooks in 10 minutes.
I am just putting this here so I remember the brand the next time I go to Sam's Club.
